Dieter Pfundt
Managing Partner
After graduating from the University of Munich, Dieter Pfundt started his career with Citibank. In 1991 he was appointed to the management of the Frankfurt branch and three years later chosen to join the management board of Citibank AG. At the end of 1996 Dieter Pfundt started working for Sal. Oppenheim & Cie. as head of the Investment Banking division which he handed over in the course of the bank being sold in January 2010. In his role as Managing Partner he is supporting the management in terms of extending the client base as well as giving comprehensive advisory of the clients. Dieter Pfundt furthermore joining Silvia Quandt & Cie. AG as a shareholder.
Dr. Friedrich Schmitz
Senior Advisor
Dr. Friedrich Schmitz started his career as assistant of the Deutsche Bank’s former spokesperson Dr. Friedrich Wilhelm Christians and worked for many years in leading positions in the areas investment banking and asset management. From 2000 to 2006 he was Commerzbank’s Global Head of the international Asset Management. Since May 2006 he is Managing Partner of CE Asset Management AG, Meilen – Zurich.
Dr. Bernhard Eschweiler
Senior Economic Advisor
Most recently Dr. Eschweiler worked for 17 years in leading positions for the US-investment bank J.P. Morgan, from which he spent the final 14 years in Asia. At first he worked as chief economist and later as Global Head for central bank clients.
In his role as senior Economic Advisor Dr. Eschweiler supports Silvia Quandt & Cie. AGs Management in research as well as client business.
Marc Brucherseifer
Senior Advisor
Marc Brucherseifer (47) is the founding shareholder of Drillisch AG. Until 2005 he was chairman of the company’s managing board and meanwhile member of the supervisory board. Since 2005 Marc Brucherseifer has also been a managing partner of the holding company Colonia Private Equity GmbH.
