Johann Ostermair

Between 2004 and 2009, Ostermaier worked for Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt am Main as Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Prior to that, the 58-year-old investment banker was a member of the Management Board of Bank Julius Baer (Deutschland) AG, Frankfurt, and of Salomon Brothers AG, Frankfurt. Munich-born Ostermaier began his career at JP Morgan and between 1977 and 1994 worked at their offices in Munich, Frankfurt am Main and London.
